Before you send
Have the delivery note or the invoice to hand.
Give the model, quantity, colour and size.
The PRI number appears on the delivery note, in the column headed LOTE, and on the barcoded cardboard swing tag attached to the garment.
If you are logged in, you can choose your delivery note from the list and tick the units you are returning. If not, type the reference in manually.
The PRI identifies the production batch, so it is repeated on every garment in the same order.
